How to Apply

Step 1: Creation of Online Account

Step 2: Login to Your New Created Account

  1. After login to your new created account (don’t forget your password), fill the form which is simple and self-explanatory. Fill all the filed in the form where possible. You need to have a soft copy of your photo (passport size) to upload on portal.  
  2. Enter marks of Part-I only of your FA/FSc or equivalent program. Be careful don’t provide fake or wrong information, it may lead to disqualify you from admission. Even if you got admission on fake information your admission will be cancelled at any stage of degree. 
  3. You will be given four options to select the programs in application. Select the program in option 1 which you want to take admission on top priority, select option 2 with mind that if you could not get admission in program of your 1st choice then you will study in 2nd choice. Similarly, you can choose option 3rd and 4th. Be careful in selection of your options, once you submit the application it would be not possible to change the options later. 
  4. On last page of application form you must click “Submit” button. By clicking submit button PDF of your application and Admission Processing Fee challan shall be visible to download. Take print/soft copy of your “Fee Challan”.  
  5. Fee challan is ONLY payable though Easypaisa (APP/Agent/Franchise) OR in any Bank of Khyber Branch through CMS only (Inform the banker to deposit the fee through CMS only, CMS does not require university account number).
  6. After the payment, login to your application portal again. Your challan status will be shown as “Paid” which mean that your processing fee has been received successfully. If even after several minutes your challan status is still not shown as Paid, then contact concerned bank/agent who received the challan money. Keep the receipt of paid challan safe with you for submission at the time of interview.  
  7. Your application form shall not be considered until and unless processing fee challan is paid. 
  8. Once the application form is submitted successfully, each department will send you application confirmation SMS. So please enter the phone number which is in your frequent use (avoid the number which has been switched to other network). If there is any deficiency in your application, then your application will be returned from concerned department to update the application and submit again. If you don’t get SMS before the closing date of admission, then contact the focal person of the concerned department.  
  9. Please DO NOT send the Application Form or any documents to University by Post or by Hand.

Step 3: After the Submission of Application

  1. Merit list shall be displayed as per schedule. Be vigilant and keep checking your portal, all the merit lists shall be visible on your portal. There is no requirement to visit the university. If you are in merit list of any department then you will be able to print the Program Admission Fee Challan from your portal. You can pay it through Easypisa OR in any Bank of Khyber branch (through CMS only). Once fee is paid your portal will show the Program Admission Fee status as “Paid”.
  2. If you want to change the program then you can do it under certain conditions, for this you have to visit the Directorate of Undergraduate Studies as earlier as possible.
  3. Once you paid the Program Admission fee, you have to come university for orientation on the date mentioned in Admission Schedule along with all original academic documents and a set of copy of following documents.
    1. Four Recent Passport Size Photographs
    2. Secondary School Certificate/equivalent qualification & DMC
    3. Passed F.A/F.Sc. or equivalent qualification Certificate & DMCs 
    4. Domicile Certificate
    5. Character Certificate from the Head of institution last attended
    6. CNIC/Form-B of applicant and his/her Parent/Guardian. Applicant of 18-year age or above must submit photocopy of their CNIC
    7. Equivalence Certificate from IBCC, where applicable, for instance, foreign students
    8. Undertaking (Annexure-I)
    9. Candidates applying against quota seats must attach relevant certificates, showing eligibility of the candidate against the quota for which he/she is applying.

For PhD Candidates:

  1. All Ph.D. candidates are advised to appear in Entry Test to be conducted in the campus on Scheduled Date & Time following the COVID-19 SOPs.
  2. All Ph.D. candidates who qualified the Entry Test must submit their printed Application Form along with original paid Entry Test Fee Challan, 4 Photographs, Statement of Purpose, research proposal, NOC in their respective department at the time of interview and leave (Two years for Ph.D) before Mid Term Examination if they are serving in any Government or private Organization.
  3. For MPhil and PhD application submission, upload BS or MPhil transcript indicating CGPA or obtained marks percentage.
