Providing quality education in the field of Horticulture, enabling the graduates to guide the farmers in solving their problems and to address the fundamental problems of emerging Horticultural Industry.
VISION:
The department of Horticulture will be recognized regionally, nationally as well as internationally for its scholarly work, effective student training. Vision is to bring the Department among the leading Horticulture departments in the nation measured by scholarly works per faculty, student placement success and other measures.
