Chairperson´s Message

As a Chairperson, I feel immense pleasure and pride to introduce/highlight the salient features of the Department of Psychology. The Department has a unique, excellent history and was established since the inception of the University of Haripur. Presently, the Department is offering three professional programs, BS, MSc, and Post Magisterial Diploma in Clinical Psychology. The Department is comprised of experienced, dedicated, committed and inspired Faculty and striving hard to deliver the academic excellence and develop/groom the student’s Psychotherapeutic skills to serve the Humanity. The contents of syllabi are designed keeping in view the existing Socio-Psycho and Scientist –Practitioner model to train students to serve the community at all levels in diverse circumstances. At the same time, we also try to develop the good old values of character, decency, honesty and consideration for one another. The department is actively working to collaborate with National and International Universities for cultural, academic and research output. We would like you to join the Department of Psychology to reform your Attitude, enlighten your Mindset, build your Knowledge, develop application of Knowledge, refine your Character and sharpen your Practice.
