 IMPORTANT NOTICE - STUDENT ADMISSION: All those students who applied for admission in University of Haripur but could not get admission in any department due to high merit, due to mistake in application form at the time of submission or even could not resubmit returned application, for all those students portal will be opened again to make necessary changes/correction/change of option for two days i.e. on 19th and 20th Oct and re-submit the application till 20th Oct. 2021. No need to pay application processing fee of Rs: 1000 again. For them, 4th merit list will be displayed on 21st Oct. 2021.

Sealed financial proposals are invited from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors/agents registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Departments, on the prescribed tender document for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following item to University of Haripur. 

Reference to the Advertisement No. UOH/PD/01-2014 published in newspaper i.e., Daily Mashriq and The News and on websites i.e. PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and UoH (www.uoh.edu.pk) on September 28, 2014. The dead line for receipt and opening of bids has been amended as follow:-

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Tender documents containing detailed specification and terms/condition can be downloaded from University’s website http://www.uoh.edu.pk and can be submitted to “Project Office” up to October 20, 2014 along with Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs.2,000/- (Non Refundable) in the favor of “Project Director, University of Haripur”.
  • Tender bids should be accompanied by 2% earnest money (Refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order in the name of “Project Director, University of Haripur”.
  • Organizations to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Department.
  • The organization should have strong capability of providing after sales service.
  • All offers should be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of bids.
  • Tender bids completed in all respects must reach the Project Office by October 20, 2014.
  • Sample / Tech brochure and specification of the items must be provided.
  • University of Haripur reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the bids as per rules. Procurement will be according to PPRA rules. Tender notice also available at http://www.uoh.edu.pk and http://www.ppra.org.pk.
  • Errors and omissions, if any, shall be subject to rectification by the University.
