Notification for M.A/M.Sc/M.Com (Previous & Final) Annual Examination 2022

It is hereby notified the schedule for submission of Examination Forms and fee of M.A/M.Sc/M.Com (Previous & Final) Annual Examination, 2022. All Regular/Late College students and private candidates are hereby informed to submit Examination admission forms for M.A/ M.Sc/M.COM Annual Examination, 2022 strictly in accordance with the following time and fee schedule. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained but shall be held in abeyance till the deficiencies so intimated are removed.
The application forms will be available at Examination Section, University of Haripur/National Bank of Pakistan (Main, University, Khalabat Township, Ghazi and Khanpur branches) and can also be downloaded from university’s website i.e www.uoh.edu.pk

Note:

1. Admission forms of Regular students of all affiliated colleges duly completed in all respect will be sent by the concerned Principals.
2. Regular/late college students are required to get attestation of their admission forms along with requisite documents and photographs by the Principal concerned while Private candidates get attestation by a gazette officer of Education Department.
3. All fresh candidates (Regular & Private) who will appear in MA/M.Sc/M.Com Examination are required to attach original Migration Certificate issued by their respective Universities.
4. Both the Examination form & fee must be deposited within due date.
5. After the last date of submission of forms with triple fee, forms will be accepted with a fine of Rs. 550/- for delay of every 15 days or a maximum of Rs. 2200/- till two weeks prior to the commencement of Examination. No admission form will be accepted within two weeks before the commencement of Exam unless allowed by the competent authority with enhanced fee.
6. Admission form will not be accepted without white background photographs (For both Male and Female).
7. Fee once deposited shall neither refundable nor adjustable, if the candidate is otherwise eligible.
8. Fee can be deposited in The Bank of Khyber (UOH, Main Branch Shahra e Hazara or online from any nearest branch) having Account Title “ University Fund University of Haripur” Account Number 2001644637 Branch Code (0019) OR in National Bank of Pakistan (Main, University, Khalabat Town Ship, Ghazi and Khanpur Branches), or in our Online Account Number  NPB  title  Controller of Examinations IBAN PK30NBPA2239003139088108
9. Due to jurisdiction limits of universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the fresh private candidates of M.A (Part-I) of District Haripur cannot appear in any other university without getting NOC from the University of Haripur.
